Position Description: SuperTechs is looking for a professional and dependable individual with excellent computer skills.  Individual must have proficient knowledge of networking, hardware, and software.  In addition, they must be able to solve problems off-site and in our computer labs. Individual must have a desire to learn and challenge themselves.

Responsibilities:

MS Operating System repair and reloads

Software and hardware troubleshooting and repair

Data back ups

Networking issues

Spyware and virus detection and removal

Technology research

Building low to high-end computer systems

Upgrade recommendations

PDA support

E-mail and Internet repair and support

Misc. computer and network troubleshooting

Proficient knowledge of all Microsoft OS and Office applications

Ability to complete light lifting (Various computer equipment/components averaging 10 – 20 lbs)
