Notification: you are about to start the SuperTechs Remote PC service.

Steps to initiate remote access from your pc (you can click on images for a larger view):
1. Requirements: In order to receive remote service, you must have Windows 2000, XP, or later and a high-speed internet connection. Please contact SuperTechs either through the chat button to the right or by calling (913) 677-9477 before you begin.  
2. Download the remote assistance file by clicking on this hyperlink.

3. A box similar to the one on the right will appear.
Click on the "RUN" or "OPEN" option.
4. If a firewall warning appears, click "UNBLOCK" or "Allow this connection".  
5. A box similar to the one on the right will appear. Click on the "RUN" or "OPEN" option. Within a few seconds, the session will start and we can begin remotely helping you with your issue
6. A SuperTech icon with a red background will appear in the lower right hand corner of your screen. Once connected, the icon will turn green.
7. You can stop the connection at anytime by right-clicking on the SuperTech icon and clicking on the "CLOSE" option.
