Position Description:
SUPERTECHS is looking for a professional and dependable individual that possesses excellent customer service skills with an emphasis in technical support. This individual will act as the front-line point of contact for the company and will interact with every level of personnel within the organization, as well as clients and business associates. Additional responsibilities require an individual who is detail oriented, computer proficient, and able to multitask. An emphasis on first impressions is a “must” for this position.
This individual will be required to work on an as needed basis during the standard hours of operation (Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sundays 12:00 to 5:30 PM).

Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line phone system
Direct callers to appropriate personnel
Assist clients via e-mail, fax, and phone with general technical questions and requests
Greet and assist clients in-shop
Check clients in and fill out necessary paperwork
Check out clients and collect payments
Schedule client appointments and maintain schedule for technicians
Create/fill out all necessary paperwork for technicians
Act as liaison between clients and technicians (Notify regarding work completion, scheduling changes, info gathering)
Complete follow up calls to clients to ensure resolution
Various administrative duties (filing, copying, faxing, typing documents, and data entry) for various personnel
May also assist with other related clerical duties including mass mailings & e-mail marketing
Distribute incoming and outgoing mail (Receive incoming UPS/FedEx shipments)
Other duties as assigned

Specific Qualifications:
Must have at least 6 months of experience with technical support or computer repair
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Must be detail oriented and organized
Ability to multi-task on concurrent projects
Ability to type 40 words per minute with accuracy preferred
High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
