I want to thank you for the help you gave me with my laptop which I use daily for both work and personal usage. To start, I was pleasantly surprised to find someone there a little after 7 a.m. I was going to drop my computer off after work, but on a whim decided to drive by and get the hours you were open, and needless to say, I was ecstatic to see you open so early. I was able to drop my computer off before work and pick it up on the way home, thereby not missing an evening without it. The time you spent with me when I picked up my computer was greatly appreciated. Being the computer illiterate I am, you spent the extra time with me to make sure I understood how the flash drive will work for me as a backup, and with my short memory, I had to call a week later to go over the process again over the phone and Brandy made me feel as if she was glad I called. You definitely have my future business and anyone else I know who needs computer help; I will send your way with confidence that they will be treated right.

As small and minority business owner there are many struggles and hurdles that we must over come in order to provide good customer service and be competitive in the market place. One of the major obstacles many small and minority businesses have is obtaining and maintaining a good technical support system that is affordable.
I realized that I needed to bring my office into the age of technology, to support my accounting, payroll and customer service. I needed the ability to work smarter faster!
